Credits and plans

Each account receives one free image generation. A confirmed failure restores that attempt. Further images and all videos require purchased credits. One-time credits do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price; each billing cycle’s credits expire at that cycle’s end without rolling over. You can cancel renewal in Settings → Billing before the next charge. Finished files are temporary and should be downloaded within 24 hours.

It is not affiliated with Editing By Vikas or any individual creator. Template previews are AI-created examples, not guaranteed outcomes for your uploaded photo. AI output may change faces or introduce inaccurate details; review each result before use.

You must have permission to use any photo you submit. Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate imagery or content that violates another person's rights. Generation requires an available service and sufficient account credits. The studio shows the credit cost before submission. Confirmed failed tasks restore their credits; uncertain provider submissions require review before a credit return or retry.

By accessing or using Vikas Editor AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Information about handling your photos, prompts and account data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Description of Service

Vikas Editor AI lets you generate images from text prompts, edit uploaded photos and turn photos into short AI videos. Templates include cinematic portraits, saree and fashion styles, festival greetings and couple edits. These are creative tools, and no particular visual result, likeness, resolution or generation time is guaranteed.

Features and availability depend on the supported AI models and service capacity. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where possible. Download results you want to keep, as provider-hosted links may expire.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify support@vikas-editor.net if you suspect unauthorised use or a security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Submit photos of another person without the necessary permission, or use AI results to deceive, harass or exploit others.
• Create sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Bypass credit charges, access restrictions or service limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Credits, payments and billing support

The studio shows the required credits before an image or video request is submitted. Each new request may consume credits, including a new request for the same prompt. Credits are returned when a generation is confirmed as failed. A task that is still processing or has an uncertain status must be checked before a credit return or retry; a result that differs from your preferred style is not automatically a technical failure.

If paid purchases are available, review the price, currency, included credits, renewal conditions and any displayed refund terms before confirming checkout. Do not assume that a price is in Indian rupees unless INR is shown. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

For a disputed charge, missing credits or a refund request, contact support@vikas-editor.net with your account email and order or task reference. Returning generation credits is separate from refunding a payment. Requests are assessed under the terms shown for the purchase and applicable law; these terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, interface and original service content belong to Vikas Editor AI or their respective rights holders. Uploading content does not transfer your existing rights in that content to us. You authorise us and the AI providers used for your request to process your inputs to provide the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any use of generated content, including commercial use, must comply with applicable law, the relevant model terms and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, eligible for copyright protection or free from third-party claims. Check permissions for depicted people, trademarks and source material before publishing or selling a result.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure by emailing support@vikas-editor.net. Account closure does not by itself settle outstanding billing matters or remove records that must be retained under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
